Recording keeps stopping when the screen is off

Open iPhone Settings → Chutemap → Location and choose Always. Low Power Mode can also pause GPS.

How do I use maps without signal?

Profile → Offline maps → Download a new area. Frame the area on the map, pick the maps you want and download before you go.

How do I move my routes to another phone?

Create an account in Profile → Settings and your adventures sync. You can also export any adventure as GPX.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Settings → Delete account. This deletes the account and all synced adventures from our servers.

Are slope angles safe to rely on?

No. They come from elevation models with limited resolution and do not show avalanche danger. Always check the local avalanche bulletin.
